Football Club Internazionale Milano, Internazionale Milano Football Club, or simply - Inter, nickname - Nerazzurri – an Italian football club from Milan. Seventeenfold and present champion of the country, it also has won the Coppa Italia five times, the UEFA Champions League twice and one Intercontinental Cup. Initially called Football Club Internazionale Milano which meant that the new team would welcome both Italians and foreigners. The club's colours are blue and black – they still remain unchanged.
The stadium commonly referred to by its original name – San Siro. Also AC Milan plays its matches there. In the 2008/09 season the stadium had 80 074 seats. The San Siro pitch is 105 m long and 68 m wide. According to the UEFA ranking, San Siro belongs to the group of 27 stadiums which deserve 5 stars (best note). In the basement there is a club museum of Milan and Inter which was opened on 5th October 1996 on the initiative of Onorato Arisi.
